![]() | Mittie Stephens, President of AAMBC Atlanta Chapter has always been a lover of the arts, especially
literature. At the age of 10 she began writing short stories and poetry
throughout her younger years. She received numerous awards and was even
asked to recite some of her poetry at the small but prestigious Kalamazoo College
in Kalamazoo,Michigan. She took a break for a while to pursue her
degree in business, and in 2007 she opened Business Support by Mittie.
This lead her back to her love of writing, when asked by several
authors to complete various writing assignments as their virtual assistant. She was compelled to assist Ms. Tamika Newhouse with the creation of an Atlanta AAMBC chapter, where she currently resides with her husband and three children. She is working on her own novel still untitled, to be released in the summer of 2009. Mittie hopes to connect with authors and use her business skills to help them achieve some of their goals and in return she is prayerful that she can learn from some of the greatest authors in the game |
